Here you’ll find answers to the questions students ask most often. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, check the troubleshooting guide or contact support.
Revision Time is a study platform for students. You answer practice questions, and the AI marks your responses instantly — giving you a grade and detailed feedback so you know exactly where to improve. You can also earn credits, spin a reward wheel, and unlock bonuses as you revise.
Each time the AI marks one of your answers, it uses one credit. Credits reset daily, so you get a fresh allowance every day regardless of your plan. Free users receive a limited number of credits per day. Upgrading to Pro gives you 50 credits/day, and Ultimate gives you unlimited credits (fair use). Learn more on the credits page.
When your daily credits run out, AI marking is paused for the rest of that day. Your credits reset at midnight, so you can continue marking the next day. If you need more credits right away, you can upgrade your plan to Pro or Ultimate.
Both plans include priority support and access to premium tools. The key difference is credits:
  • Pro (£3.99/month): 50 AI credits per day.
  • Ultimate (£5.99/month): Unlimited AI credits (subject to fair use).
See the full comparison on the plans page.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from app.revision-time.com/plans. After cancelling, you keep full access to your plan’s features until the end of your current billing period. No further payments are taken after that.
After you complete a revision session, a reward wheel appears. Spin it to win a reward — such as bonus credits or other surprises. The wheel only appears after a full session, so keep revising to keep spinning.
First, check your spam or junk folder, as verification emails sometimes end up there. If it’s not there, go to your account page in the app and use the Resend verification email option. Wait a few minutes before checking again. If you still haven’t received it, contact support.
If you are logged into your account, go to settings, where you can Go to app.revision-time.com/forgot and enter the email address on your account. You’ll receive a link to set a new password. Check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
