If something isn’t working as expected, the steps below cover the most common issues. Work through the relevant section and contact support if the problem persists.
Pro and Ultimate subscribers get priority support. Mention your plan when contacting us so your query is handled first.
  1. Double-check you’re using the correct email address for your account.
  2. Make sure your password is entered correctly — passwords are case-sensitive.
  3. If you’ve forgotten your password, go to app.revision-time.com/forgot to reset it.
  4. If you still can’t log in after resetting your password, contact support.
  1. Check your spam or junk folder — verification emails sometimes land there.
  2. Wait a few minutes; delivery can occasionally be delayed.
  3. Go to your account page in the app and use the Resend verification email option.
  4. If the email still doesn’t arrive, contact support with the email address on your account.
Credits reset at midnight each day. If it’s past midnight and your credits haven’t updated:
  1. Refresh the page or log out and back in.
  2. Clear your browser cache and try again.
  3. If your credits still haven’t reset after these steps, contact support. Include the email address on your account and the date the issue occurred.
  1. Check your credit balance — if you’ve run out of daily credits, marking is paused until they reset at midnight.
  2. Make sure you’re logged in. Auto-marking requires an active session.
  3. Try refreshing the page and submitting your answer again.
  4. If the issue continues despite having credits and being logged in, contact support.
  1. Check that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
  2. Go to app.revision-time.com/plans and try again.
  3. Try a different browser or device if the checkout page isn’t loading correctly.
  4. If the payment was declined or you’re still seeing the Free plan after paying, contact support with your email address and the approximate time of your attempt.
The reward wheel only appears after you complete a full revision session. If you ended your session early or didn’t answer enough questions, the wheel won’t trigger. Complete a full session to earn your spin.
If you can see a charge on your statement but your account still shows Free plan features:
  1. Log out and log back in — your plan may not have refreshed.
  2. Check that you’re logged into the same account you used to subscribe.
  3. If you’re still not seeing your benefits, contact support with your email address and the charge details. We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.
