These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Revision Time web app at https://app.revision-time.com. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Last updated: 8 April 2026

  • Results: Revision Time cannot guarantee specific exam results. Always use the tools alongside official exam board materials.
  • Rules: No scraping data, no offensive content, no cloning the app for commercial gain.

Section 1: Introduction and acceptance

You must be 13 or older to create an account. Parents and guardians may create accounts on behalf of younger students. Breaching the age requirement risks immediate account termination.
Revision Time may update these terms at any time. You will be notified by email when this happens. If you do not agree with the updated terms, email contact@revision-time.com to request that your account is closed.

Section 2: Account registration and security

The personal information you provide when signing up must be true and accurate. Email verification is required to activate your account.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you believe someone has accessed your account without your permission, change your password immediately and contact Revision Time. Passwords are encrypted — Revision Time staff cannot access them.
Breaching these terms may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

Section 3: Subscriptions and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on a fixed-price recurring basis. Prices may change with at least one month’s notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged again, cancel before your next billing date.
  • Subscriptions: A 14-day refund window applies, provided you have not used any premium features.
  • Credit top-ups: A 14-day refund window applies, provided the purchased credit balance remains unused.
Credits are used to access AI-powered features. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. You can earn bonus credits by submitting approved community questions. If Revision Time modifies the credits system, any credits you have already purchased will be transferred proportionally.

Section 4: User-generated content

You own the content you upload. By submitting content, you grant Revision Time a non-exclusive right to display it to other users while your account is active. Your username is credited alongside your content. You can delete your content at any time via Settings — deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.
Revision Time admins review every piece of user-generated content before it is published. Repeated violations of these guidelines risk permanent account termination.

Section 5: Intellectual property

All brands, logos, code, and original study materials on Revision Time are the intellectual property of Matthew Andrews trading as Revision Time.
You must not scrape data from the platform, clone the app for commercial gain, or use Revision Time’s materials for any commercial purpose.

Section 6: Liability and disclaimers

The Revision Time service is provided “as-is”. Revision Time accepts no liability for periods of downtime or service interruption.
Revision Time’s tools are designed to support study for UK exams. Always use them alongside official exam board materials. AI marking is intended as guidance only and does not constitute a formal assessment.
Revision Time does not guarantee any specific exam results.
