Subjects and tasks are the building blocks of your revision plan on Revision Time. Subjects are the topics you’re studying — such as Maths, Biology, or History. Tasks are individual to-do items linked to your study plan, like “Review Chapter 3” or “Complete a past paper”. Together, they keep your revision organised and make sure the right tools have the information they need.
Both subjects and tasks are unlimited on all plans — Basic, Pro, and Ultimate.

Subjects

When you add subjects to your account, they become available across the platform:
  • The Revision Timetable Generator uses your subjects to schedule revision sessions across your available time.
  • Progress tracking records your performance per subject so you can see which topics need the most attention.
  • Your subjects sync to your account, so you can access them from any device.

Tasks

Tasks sit alongside your timetable to help you stay on top of specific actions. Add as many as you need — there’s no limit. Examples include “Review Chapter 3”, “Complete a past paper”, or “Make flashcards for key terms”. Like subjects, your tasks are tied to your account and available on all your devices.
