The Revision Timetable Generator builds a personalised study schedule around your subjects and the time you have available. Tell it which subjects you’re revising, how many sessions you want each day, and any commitments that make certain slots unavailable — then click generate and your timetable is ready instantly.
Generating a timetable is free for all users, including the Basic plan. Exporting to PDF or image and syncing to Google Calendar require a Pro or Ultimate subscription.

How to generate your timetable

1

Open the timetable section

Log in to the app and navigate to Revision Timetable in the main menu.
2

Add your subjects

Your subjects are pulled from the Subjects page. If you haven’t added any yet, go to Subjects first and add the ones you’re revising.
3

Set sessions per day

For each day of the week, choose how many revision sessions you want scheduled. You can set different amounts for weekdays and weekends.
4

Block out commitments

Add any regular commitments — such as sports practice, part-time work, or lessons — so the generator marks those slots as unavailable. The timetable works around them automatically.
5

Generate your timetable

Click Generate and your timetable is built for you. Sessions are distributed across your available time and balanced across your subjects.

Export your timetable

Once your timetable is generated, you can download it to keep offline or print it out.
  • PDF — a print-ready version of your full timetable
  • Image — a PNG you can save to your phone or share
Both export formats are available on the Pro and Ultimate plans.

Sync to Google Calendar

Connect your timetable to Google Calendar and your revision sessions appear alongside your other events. Any time you regenerate your timetable, you can re-sync to keep your calendar up to date. Google Calendar sync is available on the Pro and Ultimate plans.

Custom time blocking (Commitments)

The Commitments feature lets you block out recurring time slots before the timetable is generated. Mark the hours you’re unavailable — the generator treats those slots as off-limits and schedules sessions only around them. You can add, edit, or remove commitments at any time and then regenerate your timetable. Custom time blocking is available on the Pro and Ultimate plans.
